PMI’s 2018 Gala Awards Dinner was a night to remember!
 
The RACV City Club offered amazing 360 degree night time views of the Melbourne city skyline, a delicious 3-course dinner and drinks! 
 
Guests enjoyed a fun photobooth, music by DJ Juan and an awesome performance by Sapphire Dance as well as getting to take part in a Bollywood dance workshop…

Project of the Year

This Award recognises a small or large project that best delivers the following:

  • Excelled in delivering the desired outcomes and benefits
  • The project execution met or exceeded the time, cost, and quality goals
  • The delivery was achieved in the face of a complex or challenging environment, and/or issues or barriers which required superior performance to surmount

PMO of the Year

This Award honours a PMO that has:

  • Increased the performance of programmes and projects within the organisation
  • Demonstrated a good understanding and application of PMO practices
  • Can show how the programmes and projects have contributed to the organisation’s success
  • Have engaged effectively with the organisation’s senior management

Research Achievement

Recognises an individual, team, or organisation that has completed research that contributes to the field of project management:

  • Scholarly or scientific investigation based on data from which general conclusions can be drawn
  • The research focusses on the project management context or management activities needed to complete projects successfully
  • Can demonstrate that the research has been applied and/or has enduring or practical value
