Robbie Graham is a seasoned leader who has had the opportunity to work in a variety of environments in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Canada, Chile and Australia.
He has worked in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, HR, and General Management, with Unilever, The Allied Pickfords Group, Vodafone and the British Army.
More recently he has stepped into the entrepreneurial space and has set up a Telecommunications business (VocaTel Global) and The ROKC Group, a business focused on supporting people and businesses through Executive Coaching, Leadership, Team building, Resilience training and more. He has also supported, advised and raised funds for other start ups.
Throughout his career Robbie has been fortunate to have had a wide range of experiences …from running mountain treks as part of an expedition in Southern Chile for a Youth Development Charity, to running out of rope on a four hour vertical ice climb in the Canadian Rockies and subsequently falling into a crevasse, to being part of a successful global merger of two great companies, and being part of another merger that was far from successful… Throughout these, and many more experiences, observing how the people involved have reacted has been of keen interest – they have either grown with the experience or stalled.
He is a firm believer that if you can get the right people motivated, and led well, with a unified vision then success is only a matter of time.
Outside of work he attempts to keep fit, having run several half marathons and the London Marathon… He is currently training for the 100k Oxfam Trailwalker in August. Other interests include music, painting, and supporting a School Cadet Unit on a volunteer basis by looking after the senior cadets on camps irrespective of weather!
Robbie has a BA Hons in Russian History from the London School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University of London, is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, and has MSP and Change Management Practitioner qualifications.
