Natarajan Thangaraju

Natarajan (Nat) Thangaraju is the Head of Priority Projects Office (ePMO) at Medibank, Australia. He has extensive experience in establishing and running Enterprise PMOs, delivered transformation Programs and projects across US, Europe and Asia Pacific regions with global conglomerates including Telstra-Australia, Coles- Australia, General Electric -USA, General Motors-USA, Caterpillar-Europe, Boots-UK, Toshiba & Yaskawa in Japan. He is a thought leader in establishing Agile / Lean framework co-existing with other models in large organisations delivering business outcomes. He is experienced in developing IT Strategy road-maps spanning supply chain, digital, data and multiple technologies and have worked with CXO level stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes. Nat has also presented innovative papers in Global Conferences including PMI Global Congress in USA and Supply Chain World Conference in USA.
