I still find myself writing “Project Manager” on the customs forms. It doesn’t fit in the boxes and Project Manager no longer fits my role but for many years it has defined me. I am a Start-up survivor. I am an Agilist. I am a Scrum Master. I am an Agile Coach. I am a speaker, a writer, a blogger, a volunteer and a passionate believer that we can always improve the way we work. That doesn’t fit in the boxes.
Began my Project Management career creating award-winning software for children with disabilities. I transitioned into managing the development of websites from books to wine and everything in between. Joined an Australian Start-Up that was eventually purchased by a large, international company. Currently work as a Consultant for Elabor8.
