Visionaz Pty Ltd, is a locally Tasmanian owned and operated consultancy specialising in the delivery of strategic leadership, project and change management, business analysis, process development, communication and compliance services.

Having completed a Masters in Project Leadership, I have formed highly attuned soft skills, attaining accreditations for facilitation skills and Myers Briggs assessments, together with my international accreditation as an APMG Change Management Practitioner and my extensive experience in the fields of both Leadership and Performance Management.

An accomplished practicing and Registered Project Manager (MAIPM CPPM), by the Australian Institute of Project Management.  I bring more than fifteen years’ strategic experience in the successful leadership of business and organisational initiatives involving multiple complex dynamics, across disciplines and management levels.   My achievements include a significant success record in governance oversight and program, project and organisational change management methodologies, demonstrating excellence in process organisation and improvement, establishing high performance standards and strengthening supporting internal processes.

At my core I am a people person who is adaptable, flexible and capable of delivering ideas that cross traditional boundaries. I offer a proven track record of delivering complex tasks while building robust relationships. I have the ability to foster and create an atmosphere that enables me to test new situations, generate recommendations, experiment with new ways of operating, and exhibit some dysfunctional behaviour while new equilibrium takes root in the culture.  With a passion of interacting with individuals and groups within the organisation to implement new initiatives and achieve meaningful organisational change.
