Jim Emerick is the founder and president of profit-with-purpose Choinque (pronounced “choynk”) LLC, an international network of organizations in relentless pursuit of the good and best within themselves, and even more so, in others. He passionately supports Autism Speaks, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, and Angels of the Amazon. He is an Academy Leadership Master Facilitator and partner with PMI chapters in Colorado Springs, Sydney, Lima, London, Santiago and Tampa, offering elite leadership programs and executive coaching worldwide. He is rather active on Twitter under the username @choinque.

Jim has been a technology entrepreneur for three decades within the government, small & large businesses. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jim served as a program manager developing and integrating next generation spacecraft computers into over fifty platforms including the Cassini-Huygens probe. In 1992, he co-founded and led innovative systems & technologies corporation, pioneering three generations of radio frequency system-on-chip integrated circuits with diverse teams in the United States, Scotland and Canada, selling the company in 2006. Afterward he served as Vice-President Advanced Technologies at ITT, developing and delivering breakthrough communications platforms.

Jim is a lifetime member of the Air Force Academy Sabre Society, and serves as advisor or board member for numerous organizations. He and his wonderful wife Cheryl, their two awesome children, and three cats live in Tampa, Florida and Pine, Colorado.
