Biography

Professor Ian Snape has 25 years of experience leading and managing research teams in polar regions for government and private agencies. He’s a Professorial Fellow at Macquarie & Melbourne Universities, and accompanied the Australian Olympic Taekwondo team in Rio as their Neurocoach. He is a Managing Director for Frontline Mind, an International resilience training company with an innovative on-line training platform; and Managing Director at The Coaching Space, a coaching and training company based in Tasmania.

Ian specialises in coaching and training executives, teams, frontline agencies and elite and extreme athletes in how to be resilient, recover from set back, and perform under pressure when the risks are high.
