Andrew Walters

Andrew Walters is the Project Delivery Capability and Community Lead within the Chief Project Office at Telstra, Australia. His career to date has focused on Capability Development, primarily within the Freight Forwarding and Telecommunication Industries. His role is responsible for improving the standard of Project Delivery capability and creating a strong community of practitioners. This has involved conducting organization project delivery capability assessments across the company and creating innovative solutions, for up skilling project managers from the aspirational to the experienced.
