Delivering projects is not easy… time and cost constrained, with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities. Often projects introduce profound change in an organisation. At the end of a project, it is essential to reflect on what was achieved, and to recognise and acknowledge success. In the word of great American Philosopher, Ralph Waldo Emerson… “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” The PMI Professional Award categories are a wonderful opportunity to recognise project professionals in your organisation. Take a moment to celebrate their enthusiasm and acknowledge their achievements by nominating your project professionals for a PMI Professional Award.
